Rykna is a rare Verglas breed. His skin is icy when he’s horny and his sperm turns into snow. He has survived war and vicious slavery. Rykna is on a mission to find his family, only to discover his sister is being auctioned off to the winner of a space race. Now, all this handsome slave needs is a pilot.
Ever is in need of money in order to return home and get far away from his stalking ex. The only way to do that is to join Rykna in the space race. Ever also has a problem with his hot skin—burning his clothes off being the main issue. Trying to fly through asteroids with weapons pointed at them would go a lot easier if his junk wasn’t hanging about for all to see.
Can these two work together to win the space race?

This book was hot enough to melt...snow. And so was Ever. He melted Rykna's frozen shell. Snow, heat, a space race. What's not to love. Plus weird, horny, space creatures that hump everything, then spray them with acid. The things James thinks up in his head. Entertaining, and crazy, and a very good read.Product details

Handsome Slave Seeks Horny Hero Handsome Heroes Book 5 edition by James Cox Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
As i have maybe mentioned before, with every book James Cox is getting better and better. You nearly long for the next one to get in your greedy grabby hands.
So it is with Handsome Slave Seeks Horny Hero! I so longed for Rykna's story since i read of him in Handsome Men Blow, and wanted to know more about Mr. Tall, Dark and Grumpy and if he is able to smile. Oh and he is! The sexy snow-flake-maker just lays eyes in his hot pilot and everything seems to change for him. The hot and fiery pilot Ever is a sexy handsome flirt, and he knows it and what to do with it to get some fun and hot sex......and Rykna! They just can't let their eyes from another and soon neither their hands.
The sex between them is hot and passionate, just how we love to read about it. And even then James Cox is surprising us now and then just imagine fire and ice getting together in full body contact in a hot embrace of passion. Mouth watering! And the thrilling moments of the space race, awesome!
James, you did it again and i thank you from the bottom of my heart for Rykna's story!!
Firstly, I want to say that yet again, The Dedication at the front of the book shows the author's commitment to his readers and our commitment to him, is purely selfish - we just love his books and want more! This writer is growing in confidence with every book he writes and it certainly showed in this offering. One of the sayings in the first few pages is "One day, I was going to touch the clouds" - James Cox certainly took me there! Under all the bravado, gloss and glitter, he writes a dam good storyline and the sexy innuendo's are second to none. The Humping Space Creatures were inspirational, as was "Welcome to Delvina Home of the best condoms in the universe!". I also learnt a new word "avidly" (must remember to use that). When I want to get "down and dirty" and have some fun on the way, I look no further than James Cox and I highly recommend that you check him out - you won't be disappointed!
I absolutely adore this series by James Cox! And why not? It has everything, action, adventure, different species, love connections and smoking hot sex!
Rykna is searching for his sister Nyka who was taken into slavery with him when their home planet was attacked. They were seperated and he had been trying to break free to search for her. When King Malvern sets him free and gives him a ship, this is his chance. He comes across a classified ad and realizes his beloved baby sister is being offered up as one of the prizes for the winner of a space race. Easy right? Except he is not a good pilot. Lucky for him, smoking hot Ever, and I do mean HOT, needs off the planet and is an excellent pilot!
Through a series of mishaps during the race, and sparks flying around them, will their chemistry keep them together? Or will Ryknakeep his carefully constructed walls up and never be able to trust after the life he has lived as a slave?
My all time fave part of the book is one of the obstacles they encountered on the ship! I am still giggling!
"They lay dormant until they're in extreme heat. Then they awaken..." "They ...hump their prey and their....juice is acidic."
"Are you f**king kidding me?" Okay, so I may have shouted a bit. But seriously, acidic humping space creatures.
Only James Cox can come up with that! Classic! He is brilliant and hysterical!
This book was hot enough to melt...snow. And so was Ever. He melted Rykna's frozen shell. Snow, heat, a space race. What's not to love.
